FRP pultrusion profiles
FRP pultrusion profile is made of continuous glass fiber covered by glass fiber felt, immersed in unsaturated polyester resin (or epoxy resin, phenolic resin) for heating and pultrusion. The profile is very tough and firm, and the absolute value of its longitudinal bending strength and impact strength has exceeded that of ordinary steel. Good corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance and insulation. The product has a long service life in the place with acid and alkali medium. Pultruded FRP profiles include square tube, rectangular tube, round tube, bar, channel steel, I-beam, angle steel, lath and other standard profiles as well as customized products, which are widely used in different fields. Such as: FRP grid, anti-corrosion platform, walkway and fence system, insulation ladder, cooling tower support, incubator (warehouse) framework, material support, tools and other load-bearing structural parts.
