Before the installation of FRP gratings, the specifications of different FRP gratings are different, and the load capacity or willfulness is also different. Then, the appropriate FRP gratings are purchased according to actual needs to start laying and installation.

1. Before laying (installation), make the drainage channel and pre-bury the drainage pipe. The outer opening of the drainage channel should be no more than 5% of the width of the fiberglass grating, and the width of the inner opening should be less than 10% of the width of the fiberglass grating. The lower the width of the inner opening, the greater the carrying capacity of the grille, but the smaller the drainage capacity will decrease, so the ratio must be controlled

2. After the drainage channel is completed, start to formally lay the glass fiber reinforced plastic grille. The grille should be laid flat according to the requirements. The inner opening of the drainage channel shall be around the grille, and the distance from the outer opening of the drainage channel shall be equal, so that the force will be uniform in the later stage.

3. Fix the FRP grille, fill the gaps with 705 glass glue around the sides, and cover the gaps with 302 cement after the glue is dry.

4. Post-processing, check whether the laying is in place after laying, and carry out stress test to ensure the perfect project.
